  • Our primary service, AurInfo – Digital Business Card, is delivered digitally.
  • Upon successful purchase and verification, customers will receive their digital business card access link and credentials via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (as per details provided during registration).
  • Digital delivery is usually instant or within 24–48 business hours, depending on customization requirements.


2. Physical Product Delivery (if applicable)

  • In case of any physical deliverables (e.g., promotional kits, NFC cards, or related accessories), shipping will be done through reputed courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines may range from 5–10 business days within India, depending on the customer’s location.
  • Customers will be provided with a tracking ID to monitor their shipment.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Digital delivery has no shipping charges.
  • For physical shipments, applicable shipping charges (if any) will be informed during checkout or before dispatch.


4. International Delivery

  • Currently, our physical shipping services are limited to India.
  • International customers can fully access our digital business card services online.
