1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their subscription or service within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the service has not already been activated or used.
Once the digital card is created, customized, or activated, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, you must contact our support team via email or phone.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame (24 hours) and the service has not been activated.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Services that have already been activated, customized, or delivered.
Partial use of subscription periods.
Customer dissatisfaction based on preferences after service delivery.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All setup fees, customization charges, and digital card design fees are non-refundable once initiated.
Renewal payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. Customers are advised to cancel their subscription before renewal date to avoid charges.

4. Modifications & Support

Instead of refunds, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team for any technical issues or modifications.
Our team will make every effort to resolve issues promptly.
